Finca 'Cas Forner' with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Enjoy beautiful mountain views at Finca Cas Forner, set in a peaceful rural area of Illes Balears. Surrounded by fields, this finca is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The 120 m² property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. One bedroom is in a separate apartment with its own entrance from the terrace. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a workspace for remote work, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, as well as beach and pool towels. Outside, you’ll find a private saltwater pool, garden, covered terrace, and barbecue area.



The finca is in a quiet farming area, with the sounds of chickens, dogs, sheep, donkeys, and other small animals. Access is via an unpaved road. The pool is open year-round but not heated. Parking is available on the property, and free parking is also possible in the field. One pet is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted.



Homemade and homegrown products are available on request for an extra charge. Waste separation guidelines are provided on site. The property features energy- and water-saving measures and uses sustainable materials for insulation. The kitchen is equipped with an osmosis filter to reduce plastic bottle use, supporting a more sustainable lifestyle. The nearest town is about 6 km away.
