The penthousehas a modern and cozyinterior with quality furniture, a living room with a fireplaceand satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchenincludes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine in a separate space. The apartment has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all sharing a bathroom with a bathtub. The large terraceoffers sea views, a table for 6 people, and sun loungers for relaxation.

The location is ideal for nature lovers, with nearby trails for hikingand biking. Just 500 meters away, Porto Colom’s center offers fish restaurants, bars, and live music. Golfers can enjoy the nearby Vall d'Or Golf Club, just 4 km away.

Porto Colom, a picturesque fishing port in southeastern Mallorca, is famous for its lighthouse, the Santuario de Sant Salvador, and its virgin covessuch as Cala Marçal. It’s also an excellent starting point for boat tripsalong the Mallorcan coast.

Super gelegenes Ferienapartment mit schöner Park-, Poollandschaft.

Der allgemeine Zustand des Apartments muss als dürftig bezeichnet werden. Insbesondere nach der Preiserhöhung für die Saison 2025 stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gar nicht. Die umgebende Park- bzw. Poollandschaft ist wunderschön. Gute Lage
