The beautiful Ses Rotes estate is located just 500 meters from the stunning white sand beach of Cala Sa Nau and 1.7 km from the paradisiacal Cala Mitjana beach. Nestled in a tranquil area surrounded by pure nature, this estate is an oasis of peace.

The house, a single-story building, has a maximum capacity of 6 people. It is modernly furnished, having been renovated, and is perfect for spending pleasant days with family or friends, enjoying the tranquility of the area and disconnecting from the world. With its 120 m², it offers all the necessary comforts to enjoy a special vacation.

The estate has a total of three bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed, and another with a double bed and a balcony. There are two bathrooms, one en suite with a corner bathtub and a separate shower, and the other with a traditional bathtub.

The living-dining room is very spacious, with a fireplace and spectacular views of nature from the window. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all appliances. There is direct access to the terrace from the living room.
