You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This is a lovely apartment, in a family friendly area of Fernie. Outside there is plenty of space to park your vehicles off road, or there is ample street parking.
As you walk in, you will find one of the bathrooms to your left, the full kitchen to your right, the lounge area and laundry closet immediately ahead of you.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to whip up a light snack or hearty meal. There is a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay too. The kitchen island also has seating for four. Please note there is no dining table at this property.
LOUNGE
The lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating, TV and fireplace. You can definitely relax nicely in this space after a day out exploring all the Fernie has to offer. There are privacy blinds in the lounge area.
IN SUITE LAUNDRY
The washer/dryer can be found inside a closet in the lounge.
BEDROOMS
For your comfort, each of our beds are dressed in hotel quality linens. You will also find ample storage in the walk in closets for all your belongings. There are also blackout blinds in each bedroom.
BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are beautifully decorated and have a tub with shower over, inflow heating, hotel quality towels, and locally made body wash/shampoo.
OTHER UNITS
Please be aware that we have other units at our home. We have two separate studios above the garage, and when we are not at the property we rent out our home space too.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
