This was a very clean and well thought out hotel. It ecxcelled in its cleanliness and being a new hotel it showed.
The facilities were great, from pools to patisserie, yoith club and adult pool, everything you would want. The ares i felt it was let down were the vaiety of food for breakfast was woefully short of opther restaurants i have been to , great omelettes but fruit section was poor, i usually love buffet breakfast but it was a bit disappointing with the selection and some of the staff were slow in approaching us when we entered.
The pools although laid out well were not serviced well by bar staff. I preferred to sit hear the unheated pool, where all the beds were occupied but many days no one came to take orders.
The heated pool was unpleasant in the way the beds were crammed in , some like that atmosphere but for us it was too much and i much prefer a hotel pool where you can have your own space, here the beds were packed in row after row even where there weren't proper spaces and it was a bun fight. My son made use of the youth club and was happy to spend a few hours there a day and joining in with the football competitions in the activity area.
If you like busy vibe and aren't looking for relaxation this will be fine, if you want some rest and own space I'd look elsewhere.
