Beautiful hotel, staff in reception and in the bar were all very friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Shower is very good, good pressure, premium shampoos and soaps. Bed was very large and comfortable.

The rooms need to be updated, they’re very old. The hallway carpets should be changed , they were dirty and had some stains. It’s a shame, it’s in a great location and has decent amenities but again, the rooms itself need some upgrading.

Avec ou sans travaux l'accès a l'hôtel est difficile sinon arrive de la gare. On est habitué de marché alors 15-20 mon ça ne nous dérange pas mais franchir des escaliers ça c'est un énorme inconvénient.

We reserved hotel specifically for hot tub and sauna. Hot tub was broken. Sauna was working but you were not allowed to go there with kids because of nudity. The front desk were very nice and friendly and lady from Kirginstan was very helpful and offer late checkout. Matresses were old and not very comfortable. Location is good, you can walk to many places. Breakfast buffet was good as well and they have room services available too.

The road out front is busy and you must use the bridge to cross. If you are coming from the train station and have heavy luggage, you will have to carry it up and down semi circular stairs.there is no elevator or ramp. I’m sure when the new train station is built, this will be resolved.

It’s a good choice.
