All was perfect and there was a hidden gem swim area just down the hill. One thing to take note is you have to know which particular suite/villa you book as not all come with the ability to use the beautiful pool that is shown in pictures. I was not clear on that when I booked my reservation (could have been user error) however the extra swim area the owner pointed out more than made up for it. Gorgeous. You do have to drive through some pretty windy steep slopes to get to the area, however totally worth it.

Gorgeous place with a view!

A lovely place with a fantastic view! We were greeted and made to feel welcome. Our host gave us instructions on how to get to a beautiful swimming spot right below our place. He also was helpful on recommending local places to eat. Lovely stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations was top notch with an outdoor space that was spectacular. What really made it special though was our host. He gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. We would definitely stay again!

Oxymoron - imperfect imperfection.

This is a beautifully built traditional style Mani rented ‘bungalow’ with an idyllic view and a walk to beach below. Basic service, coffee machine and biscuits. You need a car. A best class rating was excluded because of the army of mosquitoes that invaded day and night (no nets or blinds), a Greek next door who was shouting ‘malakas’ into his mobile phone and the absence of a grill to complete the kitchen. At 100 euros for up to 4 people it is reasonable value. Recommended.

Perfect home base to explore this beautiful region

What a perfect home base (right between Stoupa and Kardamyli) to explore the Mani! A five-minute walk lands you at two beautiful beaches. We spent just as much time on our terrace watching the sun rise and set as we did inside our cozy and comfortable suite (the bed was a dream!)

A beautiful villa surrounded by a lovely garden and with a phenomenal view of the sea. Close to the wonderful hiking trails above Kardamyli. We would definitely stay at this place again - it was easily our favorite during our trip to Greece.

A lovely villa along Mani’s rockyshore

No place is perfect, but this spot is ideal for kicking back and also as a place from which to explore the rugged area of West Mani. Be prepared for slow mountain driving, but it’s well worth the pace and the constant vigilance of mountain driving. What would I change? Little but a few small things: the kitchen needs more implements, especially sharp knives. A firmer mattress would be appreciated. And just four close pins for the laundry rack on the patio? Come now. But these are small matters. By the way, two good supermarkets are nearby. We were forced to cook all of our meals due to the open smoking at local restaurants. Apparently EU regulations do not apply in the area.

Beautiful design and view

We booked 2 units in this holiday rental compound (it isn’t a hotel per se). Both units (one Superior Residence with Panoramic Sea View and one Mini Maisonette with Sea View) were elegantly designed, spacious, airy, and most importantly – well cleaned. The kitchenette which comes with it was reasonably equipped for light hob-cooking (no microwave). Sufficient coffee sachets, tea, evaporated milk pods were provided by the owner. We also received a bottle of wine and some dried bread and biscuits. Air-condition and water heater worked well, the bed was comfortable and the toiletries and towels were luxurious. Free parking and reliable free wifi were available with the rental. The view from both units were amazing – we saw beautiful sunsets from the verandah. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and with the nice lady/cleaner who let us in. We can highly recommend this fantastic find to others.

Beautiful bungalow in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bungalows are located a close drive between two great villages. The staff were friendly and helpful. A beautiful view from a fantastic location. Our favorite part of the property was the private walk down to a small natural pool at the base of the cliff.

ideal place for a Honeymoon

Finest design & interior, real close to the sea. You can dive from the cliffs. Very clean and nice staff. Family run business, very homey. Just one jeer: as of early January 2012, someone was building a house next door, so our last morning was quite noisy.

Все отлично, как всегда ! Пятый раз в Katikies Manis. Очень удобное расположение , радушные хозяева , отличная уборка . Кондиционер и WIFI - эффективны . Наверно , на этом берегу ничего лучше и найти нельзя !
