Redelijk appartement, maar extreem gehorig. Geen aanrader.

Bij aankomst kregen wij 2 sets sleutels zonder enige uitleg, het vergde dagen om enig inzicht te krijgen in welke sleutel waarvoor was. Erg slecht. Overdekt parkeren was fijn, maar de vakken zijn veel te smal, waardoor snel schade. Wij hebben meerdere dagen de garage niet kunnen gebruiken vanwege geplande werkzaamheden die uitliepen. Appartement was prettig ingedeeld met serre. Goed bed en toereikende keuken. Het meubilair was matig. Het appartement was extreem gehorig, gevolg van de slaapkamerligging naast balkon van de buren. Deze buren waren nogal luidruchtig en dat tot diep in de nacht. Er waren nachten dat wij nauwelijks konden slapen omdat je de gesprekken zou kunnen volgen als ze niet in het Spaans waren geweest. Wij hebben zelfs overwogen om ons verblijf af te breken. Bij het verhuurkantoor werd niet echt op de klacht gereageerd. Serviesgoed was redelijk, bestek was slecht en met de koekenpannen kon niets worden gedaan vanwege de armzalige kwaliteit (aanbakken). De wasautomaat lekte, maar dit werd na melding snel verholpen. Het is ook nog voorgekomen dat badkamer en halve woonkamer onder water kwamen te staan omdat het douchewater niet wegliep, wat wij pas na het douchen ontdekten. Een prachtige tuin met een mooi zwembad. Wij zouden er om bovengenoemde redenen niet naar teruggaan, het is de huurprijs niet waard. Finestrat is een aangename verblijfplaats, maar ontbeert mogelijkheden om de hond behoorlijk uit te laten. Resumerend± het verblijf is teleurstellend geweest.
