You will clearly hear the ocean sounds 24 hours a day if you have the windows or doors open. This condo also uses a Minut home monitor. We enjoyed our stay. As it wasn’t as handicap assessable as I’d thought, it was beautiful and in very good condition. The view from our deck was beautiful and waking up to the sound of waves was great! Phil was a great host and responded immediately when I had a question! I highly recommend!!

This is the second time staying with this host. They truly have a lovely home with fantastic upgrades that make our stay complete. I have had great experiences with the host Phil, who responds promptly whenever I reach out. We plan to stay at this home regularly when we visit Flager, which is 2x/year. Nice Family Reunion

It was a treat to have our kids join us for a vacation in Flagler Beach. The accommodation was tastefully updated and clean. There were plenty of towels and essentials. The views were exceptional from every room, which is the main reason for choosing this condo. The host, Phil, was accommodating and was prompt with responses to any questions or concerns. We feel we found we’ve found a hidden gem! Will definitely stay again.
