LOL paying for PARKING in Flagstaff. Absurd and offensive. This might be expected in NY or Vegas, but not in Flagstaff in January. Come on. If you want to fleece your customers, add it to the rate. This is a straight up joke. And I saw the manager respond to another complaint by saying it's for maintenance and improvements of the parking lot. Really? You gonna charge an elevator fee next? A check-in fee? Maybe a shower fee? Utter nonsene. Enough is enough. Everyone needs to complain about corporate greed like this at every opportunity. It's the only power we have. (And no, I did not notice this tacky add-on fee when booking; I would have stayed somewhere else on principle.) A shame, because the hotel itself and the rooms are A+. But I won't be back because Hyatt clearly has no respect for its customers. You should be ashamed.

DO NOT STAY HERE First and foremost, $100 pet fee that was not disclosed when I booked the room. And she even asked me if it was OK and my stay was nonrefundable. What was I supposed to do? Leave my dog in the car and pay for the hotel and go find another place to stay it was ridiculous. That’s one of the worst Hotel experiences I’ve ever had Long black hair strands in the sink when I first got to the room THIN CEilings/floor so I could hear everything going on in the room above me even at four in the morning them walking around When the furnace turns on it sounds like a jet airplane taking off, and it happened all night long The parking lot was icy very dangerous to walk on Kitchen equipment, broken down for months if they still have on their menu food that required that kitchen equipment Luckily, the front desk person who was also the restaurant person who is also that everything person told me that their hamburgers are really bad so don’t eat there so I had to walk out into the icy roads to go get dinner Needs to say, I will never stay at a Hyatt again

I was informed at the time of checkin there was a 8 dollar parking fee. This fee was not advertised, but looks like a money grab for profits. The checkin staff was not to friendly. The breakfast staff was stand offish except for the young lady who took our room number, she was very polite...thank you. The was no staff available when checking out as i had a few questions about my stay. So i just put my key card in the make shift plastic dish. I would not recommend this place to anybody due to bad staff atmosphere/ not available for questions and of course hidden fees that were not avertized.

This hotel was immaculate, and I am picky! Everything was very functional, great space for bags in the room, bathroom was very well arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and, bonus, the wrapped comforter came all the way up to my shoulders! (This isn't always the case!) Staff was super friendly, breakfast was nice. Not the closest walk to downtown but a very quick Uber ride. Would choose this hotel again for sure.
