Relax on the front porch enjoying the great Flagstaff weather or enjoy your meal outside at the table. Inside has all new farmhouse decor and housewares with plenty of amenities! As you enter the home, you will be pleased with the open feel, comfy furniture and 70" smart big screen tv. The coffee station offers coffee, tea & hot chocolate! Garage is converted to a game room with Shuffleboard, bar, couch and two kinds of darts...all with a great view! Super comfortable king bed in master with 50" smart tv. Black out curtains if you choose to sleep in. Your kids will love the Red, White & Blue themed bunk room, with tons of games to play!
The fully stocked kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare meals! We supply basic spices, flour, sugar, oils, etc. so use what you need. We also supply paper towels, napkins, dishwasher detergent, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags and laundry pods & dryer sheets if you need to use the full size washer and dryer. Master has it's own bath with tub and shower. Second hall bath has stand up shower! All towels provided during your stay! Each shower has shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap, as well as a hair dryer.
Central A/C keeps you cool in the summer, although opening the windows gives you a nice breeze. Hanging out in the game room with the large door open to a great view may just be your favorite place to relax. But if you are looking for adventure, we are close to plenty of hiking trails just minutes away...plus all that Flagstaff has to offer. Just a mile and a half to Flagstaff Mall, Harkin's Theater, tons of shopping and restaurants. Only about an hour to the Grand Canyon, about 40 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl, 15 minutes to downtown & 15 minutes to NAU, 5 minutes to Continental Country Club.
