Bonjour Madame, Monsieur,La maison Ă©tait dĂ©goĂ»tante : sanitaires, cuisine, vaisselle.Le refrigĂ©rateur Ă©tait sale Ă©galement.Le congĂ©lateur Ă©tait inutilisable, plein.Dans la cuisine, des produits dangereux et toxiques (pictogrammes) Ă©taient mĂ©langĂ©s Ă  des denrĂ©es alimentaires.Des diluants : essence de tĂ©rĂ©benthine, huile de lin, sur une Ă©tagĂšre proche du piano de cuisson.Certaines couettes et oreillers souillĂ©s (taches).Dans toutes les piĂšces, odeur nausĂ©abonde persistante (fosse septique).A l’extĂ©rieur : salon de jardin avec coussins dĂ©chirĂ©s, une « cuisine d’été » inutilisable (Ă©vier sans robinetterie, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur hors d’usage (dĂ©goĂ»tant, rouillĂ©).

Une belle maison en pleine campagne

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le charme de cette maison confortable et chaleureuse situĂ©e en pleine campagne. Un soir, nous avions un troupeau de vaches juste sous nos fenĂȘtres ! Jardin trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nombreuses activitĂ©s possibles: chĂąteaux, visite de Limoges, base de loisirs avec VĂ©lorail, petit train, village avec interieurs 1900 reconstituĂ©s. Et un hĂŽte trĂšs sympathique.
