You will reside in this new villa (2015) with swimming pool and terraces, in a calm and peaceful environment, yet close to the lively town of flayosc. The villa is equipped with luxury amenities: air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, 2 fitted kitchens, 2 furnished terraces, 4 beautiful bedrooms, to come to 2 or 9!
Here you will find serenity and relaxation in the song of cicadas in a typical place of the nature of Provence.
At the foot of the villa is a hiking trail to discover the typical landscape (shed, well, ass Provence, olive grove, thyme and lavender, ancient Roman road ..).
The land bordered by oaks, measuring 4000m2, the pool is very close to the villa protected but for children, it measures 8m * 4m, it is equipped with deckchairs and parasols.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben in diesem Objekt 2 sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Toller Pool, idyllisch gelegen. Gute Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Im August ist die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern wirklich Gold wert. Flayosc, das nächste Örtchen hat alles was man braucht

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en général dans ce lieu. Cependant, nous avons dû en arrivant nettoyer les lieux qui n'étaient pas très propres (toiles d’araignées, sol et cuisine pas propre). Une fois ce petit dommage réparé tout s'est bien passé en général. Il y a quelques défauts à la villas comme cette odeur d'égouts comme déjà précisés dans anciens avis, cette terrasse autour de la piscine qui est assez dangereuse. Cependant, elle est située dans un endroit très calme, sans bruits ce qui est très reposant.

Séjour très agréable en famille, la maison est moderne avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour passer une semaine de vacance. Nous avons profité de la piscine, des transats, et du calme. Les propriétaires ont été disponibles et accueillants. Nous reviendrons! Merci.

Dejligt hus i meget landlige omgivelser

Jeg synes ikke huset, som det beskrives, er til 9 personer, hvis ikke mindst tre af dem er børn. Værten var umådelig sød og hurtig til at løse vores problemer med et toilet, og i det hele taget meget behjælpelige med alt. Poolen er dejlig, og det er skønt med mange solsenge. Vi ville gerne have haft håndklæder med sammen med sengetøjet (håndklæder til poolen har vi selvfølgelig selv med). Fint med aircondition i alle rum.

Superbe séjour dans la région. La villa était pas mal, pour une nouvelle construction. La piscine était top. Dommage pour la terrasse en bois qui bouge et surtout gros problème de fosse septique qui se fait ressentir à l exterieur.

sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus

Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen des Vermieters. Es ist geräumig mit einem großzügigen Grundstück und schönem Pool. Jedoch etwas einfach sind die Stühle auf der Terrasse und die Liegestühle am Pool. Ein WC ist etwas klein. Die kleine Stadt Flayosc ist auch sehenswert wie die gesamte Umgebung.
