The "Möwennest" on the ground floor accommodates up to four people.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), and the sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spaces.
The combined living and dining area with a modern, open-plan kitchen has access to the terrace.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, so you can warm up after a day of exploring on chilly evenings.
In the living room, you can relax in the evenings and unwind in front of the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace.
The path from the assigned parking space to the apartment, as well as the apartment itself, is wheelchair accessible.
The Solitüde beach complex has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
