Ablauf der Buchung und Kommunikation sehr gut.Grundausstattung der Wohnung in Ordnung.Leider nur EINE angebrochene Rolle Toilettenpapier im Bad, für die Weihnachtsfeiertage zu wenig. Heizung im Bad sowie im Schlafzimmer außer Betrieb ( zu kalt), dafür läuft die im Wohn/Essbereich rund um die Uhr (zu warm). Einstellung der Heizung ohne Kenntnis nicht machbar.

Lage ruhig und angenehm. Zuschnitt der Wohnung ist großzügig.

Angenehm und entspannend. Abstieg zum Hafen und Aufstieg zur Wohnung sind für ältere Personen etwas beschwerlich.
