We stayed at this apartment over the summer as a family. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive—and the neighbor was especially helpful (as the owners were away). The sea view is lovely, and the space itself is comfortable.We did face a number of issues during our stay, though they were resolved promptly. It would have greatly improved our experience to have a clear set of instructions available for things like Wi-Fi, appliances (i.e. Mobile AirCo), and general logistics.While the listing suggests a private pool, the outdoor area is directly adjacent to the neighboring property, with no physical barrier in between. In our case, the neighbor was seated right beside the pool (at his own garden) while we were using it, which made the space feel less private. There is a height difference of about one meter between the properties, but no separation wall or screen.

Séjour formidable

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à saint pierre la mer. La maison est très confortable et bien équipée. La piscine avec vue sur la mer tres appréciée. La maison se trouve à 15 min à pied de la plage et de tous les commerces et restaurants. Ce qui permet de dormir au calme mais avec la possibilité d'avoir toutes les animations le soir à quelques pas. En plus, pour ceux qui ne veulent pas marcher et n'ont pas peur de se faire mouiller, le petit train passe à quelques pas de la maison et descend jusqu'aux animations. Village très animé. La semaine est passée trop vite. Nous reviendrons !

Cette semaine à saint Pierre la met à été magnifique. La villa correspond totalement à la description, commerce et plage à 10 minutes à pied. Les voisins sont très sympathiques et de bons conseils. Toller Urlaub mit Kindern

Schöner Sandstrand, der ebenso wie der Ort nicht überlaufen ist. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat vor unserer Anreise noch einen Hochstuhl und Kinderbett besorgt. Für Kinder ab 4 Jahren also gut geeignet. Ein Hocker/Tritt wäre noch praktisch um die Waschbecken zu erreichen. Der Pool bietet eine angenehme Alternativ bei windigem Wetter und wird regelmäßig von den netten Nachbarn gereinigt. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen und gern die Plancha zum Grillen genutzt. Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, aber die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.

Schöner Badeort und gute Lage.

Gute Lage. Der feine und saubere Sandstrand und das klare Meer können zu Fuss in ca. 10min. erreicht werden. Was noch fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest Mückennetze bei den Fenster, damit man nachts etwas kühlere Luft reinlassen könnte.

Fonctionel... Plage accessible à pied en 10min par des escaliers ainsi que petits commerces. Piscine agréable si il y a trop de vent sur la plage donc super pour les enfants et les parents. 3 chambres spacieuses, belle terrasse ombragée,Avec plancha au gaz, petite cuisine fonctionnelle et alors ! Location parfaite pour un séjour au bord de la mer

Pratique, confortable, accueillante, idéalement située, cette location réunit toutes les qualités: l'environnement est magnifique: de superbes grandes plages propices aux baignades... un arrière pays, riche en promenades et découvertes régionales, (les vignes du Coteaux du Languedoc, les marais salants de Gruissan pour ne citer que ces deux là..) Tous les jours à St Pierre la mer, un marché pittoresque vous offre les meilleurs produits de la région. Tout est à portée de main.. La maison, située sur les hauteurs de St Pierre la mer vous offre le luxe absolu d'une vue imprenable sur la mer, c'est sublime... Et la piscine offre un compléments de fraîcheur et de détente disponible à toute heure de la journée... Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Schöner Urlaub mit Kindern und Hund

Der Vermieter war unkompliziert und bemüht. Hilfsbereite Nachbarn, die sich auch um den Pool kümmern, diesen beispielsweise wöchentlich reinigen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Der Ferienort hat leider nicht so viel zu bieten und ist etwas schmucklos. Dafür sind die Strände schön und auch nicht überlauten. Selbst in der Hauptsaison geht es. Schade fanden wir, dass es kaum Hundestrände gibt. Wir haben lange gesucht, bis wir einen gefunden haben. Dieser war ca.10 km entfernt und wirklich toll! Wie fast überall in Frankreich, so ist es auch in dieser Region vor Vorteil, wenn man französisch spricht. Nur wenige sprechen englisch. Die Endreinigung muss man selbst machen.
