Great location

The location is amazing, and the apartment is minimalistic and very clean. However, the temperature inside was around 28C (82F) when we arrived, and it remained that way through the night, making it quite uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. When we contacted the host about the A/C, we were made to feel uncomfortable for even asking. We later realized that she had control over the A/C units, which added to our frustration.I still recommend the place for its style and location, but I’d likely consider other options next time.

An excellent find in a great location

Stayed here for 3 days. It was very clean and cozy. Located in a great area within walking distance to a lot of sites. The host was very easy to reach and we had no issues at all. Will definitely stay here again! 5 stars.

Paola's apartment was clean, bright and charming. We loved the corner it was on! There were restaurants, a coffee shop, gelato shops, some shopping and it was within walking distance to grocery stores and most important, cultural attractions!

This property is in a fantastic location!All sites are within 10-15 min walking distance.It is surrounded by great restaurants, bakery, and bars just a few steps away. Very easy to enjoy Florence.The condo is modern, well-appointed, comfortable and clean.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door! Very cute, well decorated and good size bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was updated in the condo! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with as needed! I would definitely recommend this as it is outside the city, but still so close to everything!

Very nice Florence neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our Firenze appartement. It was comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful. The neighbourhood is lively and full of restaurants. It can be a bit noisy at night but becomes quiet when the restaurants close. It is very close to a bridge that crosses over the Arno to all the great sights Florence has to offer. It is also close to a bus route. Paola was very nice, responsive and easy to reach. We recommend this apartment. Joanne from Canada.

Great neighborhood

The other side of the Arno is still mostly locals so never packed. There are cafes, restaurants and small shops in the two block area. The access to buses is great as well as access to all the ‘tourist’ spots.

Overall a good place to stay, not too far a walk from the main attractions. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Only draw back was the weekend noise downstairs as there were a few restaurants below.

In the heart of Florence

Great location with many eating options right outside. Close walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and a block away from the river with fantastic views. Everything was walkable and easy to get to from the apartment; there are many great eating options less than a block away. The apartment bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were easy to use; everything worked well and it was nice coming back to a comfortable apartment. Uffizzi was easy to walk to as well as other museum locations. The apartment is in a ZTL location but parking is not, as the property manager for more details; really appreciate the property management communication. Great stay.

Cozy haven in Firenze

Light, bright and comfortable, this apartment is a little gem. The location was perfect. It surpassed all our expectations. Even the AC kept chugging along, in spite of the brutal heat outdoors. Paola was very helpful and prompt to answer all our questions. I felt we were in good hands with her. Lovely place

We loved our stay here! The apartment comfortably fit our group of 4 and was exactly as listed. It is in a perfect location, far enough from chaotic crowds but still next door to charming restaurants and gelato shops. All of the sites are a beautiful 10-20 min walk away. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Florence!

It feels like Home

The location is hard to bit, if you really wants a full Florence experience. The opportunity to open your windows and see all the action and busyness of the city is a traveler experience that we highly appreciate. The apartment is clean, inviting and to be in Europe is big with a great shower. The street where it located offers everything you need, from food, drinks, bus tickets and special the opportunity to get to know the Italian culture and the owners and workers of the restaurants , it makes you feel as you are part of the neighborhood. All attractions are within walking distance. And the host is always answering any questions you may have. Highly recommend.
