Just don’t bother .

The room we got wasn’t the room I booked and the host put up a big fuss to change it. Lots of cigarettes smoke at the reception. Overpriced stay. Very unprofessional service .Luckily the location and the city overall make up for that but still wouldn’t recommend.

Charming Hotel in

Being a bit jet lagged and unsure of Italian hotels confused us a bit on the check in, but this was totally our fault. We did not see there was a clearly visible sign for reception. Luckily, some nice gentleman who worked there helped us out greatly! The room was small-ish but lovely. It was the perfect size for us! There was a great view from the porch balcony. The room looked just like the photos. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked from the train station, walked to the Duomo, walked to see Michelangelo's David, everything! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

Excellent hotel close to station and centre

Excellent hotel close to all attractions on a quiet Street. Nice room, food and access to balcony, lovely staff. Only problem is reception on arrival is a little hidden away; sign could be clearer. - it's on the ground floor to the left of the entrance!

Good location

No hot water the first night they were fixing the pipes but didn't bother to let me know that I wouldn't have hot water for the day. They did fix it the next day. Lots of stairs to carry luggage the man who worked they helped me halfway. Wifi horrible connection

Amazing weather for May! Anna's was in the perfect location for exploring all that Firenze had to offer. Great for shopping and lots of nice restaurants to choose from.

Close to everything - transit, places of interest

Hotel is located near Furebze SMN train station and places if interest like the Duomo, churches, plazas, shopping (both signature and local brands), restauraurants, convenience stores/groceries. Hotel also had a small fridge which you can use to store snack items when you're too tired walking for the day. Only disadvantage is that hotel doesn't have a lift/elevator. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and we need to carry our luggage all the way up :(.

The location felt like a safe area as there were bright street lights in the middle of the night. The facilities was fantastic as it looks brand new.

Anna's was nice, quaint, close to train station

Basically the first hotel reservation had some issue so we were booked into Anna's. Its very easy to find, close to SMN train station which is very convenient not to be lugging baggage around the city. Only bad thing was the walk up 3 floors with luggage so need to bear that in mind. We only had small ones so it was still alright. Love how quaint the rooms are. breakfast was nice and sufficient.

In short, its a decent hotel. No fuss about it. Reception is good and attentive. Simple breakfast but good. Keep topping up even though time almost up. Location is good as well, 10miN's walk you will reach SMN station. Even the alley outside hotel is crowded as there are restaurants out there, down the other end. Its not noisy if you think it is. Via Faenza where the hotel is located is easily connected to any supermarkets, restaurants and the famous San Lorenzo market, the leather market.

Hotel stay

When we travel we don't spend much time at the hotels, we really just want a hot shower, comfy bed and a breakfast to get us started. It was close to the train station which is what we wanted. Nothing fancy, but the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, gave us a map and some suggestions without us even asking, it was very welcoming. My only complaint would be the beds we had were very hard, but we were so tired we slept just fine.

Great stay near Duomo, free breakfast & wi-fi, a/c

Came to Florence to show my sister who was visiting. Anna's was a great location near the Duomo. It was overall a place to stay for the location and it was nice that the package included breakfast and wi-fi. No elevator. Open door to come in and out 24/7 as well as someone at the desk. Check-in is a bit late at 2:00pm but they allowed us to leave our luggage there when we arrived at noon. There is also a little shop directly across from the hotel where we bought water since the weather was very hot for 4.50 euro for a package of 6 of the big liters. The room also had a/c; which was nice but kept at 1 temperature. Great Gelato/Crepes place near the hotel as well as some typical Italian restaurants.

Nice Stay at Anna's

Visited Rome Sorento and Florence Liked Anna's older buidling but with charm Breakfast was very good, nice touch mde to order Capachio Comfortable beds Had to go to office 3 floors down for more toliet paper because cleaning staff did not leave any extra rolls

Don't input the address on Google maps, it will lead you to the wrong place. It had a location already stored, which was down the street. Check-in is next door with another hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and showed us places to visit. The location was great, very close to Firenze S.M. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was no lift, but we expected that already. The breakfast was very simple, but it was enough.
