Where do I start. We booked a beautiful large fully equipped apartment. Full kitchen, laundry, separate living room. I booked this property in March for our stay in September. We arrived at the train station with zero communication from the property owners. Attempted to reach out to multiple different numbers only to be informed that we didn’t have a reservation. I sent them all of my confirmation emails, clearly showing we had a booking for 3 nights. Numbers that we were given for support - were numbers of people that no longer manage the property. After awhile of standing in the train station not knowing what to do, they said we could come to the property and there was just trouble with the booking calendar but they found our booking. They take us for a tour of our room. It was a basic hotel room - not the apartment I paid ALOT of money for. While at the property, they tell us there was a problem in the apartment so we can no longer stay there. When they told us a different story less than an hour before. I believe they double booked and someone else was in our apartment already. They made zero refund or discount offers. They gave us a bottle of wine. Our room was cleaned one time. Breakfast doesn’t start till 9:30 - when most of the time you are starting your day way earlier than that. If you’re lucky enough to get what you actually booked, it is in a central walking location to all sites and restaurants. But I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
