I highly recommend this place. It’s an excellent location right near all the sites, the Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, etc. lots of great restaurants in walking distance. We walked in & immediately booked another night. I highly recommend.

This was all we could have hoped for, and more. Room was clean and quite attractive. Coffered wood ceiling with brick trim backlit with soft lights - wonderful. Kate, our host, was great. Helpful, accommodating, always with a smile. The location was very close to the Uffizi and the Arno River. The street was quiet but steps away from everything. I would definitely go back.

Fantastic location, walking distance to all the main sights of Florence, ranging from 3 to just 20 plus minutes. Yet it’s inside a quiet, safe street, but upon walking out we’re hit with tons of highly rated sandwich shops, restaurants and so on. Room is impeccably clean, beds are comfortable, toilet and shower are so spacious! Staff are also friendly and helpful, welcoming us warmly, always being on hand to respond to our queries, even booking a taxi for us to the train station on the last day. Just wish the room was a bit more spacious, and that they gave us a change of towels. The towel change occurs after 3 nights, but even though we had gone 3 nights without a change (we stayed 4 nights) and messaged one of the staff to help us with that, the staff said he would change it for us but it didn’t happen. Small hiccup but other than that everything was wonderful.

We absolutely loved this hotel, it was so amazingly located, and the room was absolutely stunning. Just as you would imagine Italy to be. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone

Great communication before we arrived and we received a warm welcome. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. There were two downsides, one was the hotel is opposite a night club that is open from 1pm - 4pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday so as the hotel is in a narrow street, it was very noisy and our sleep was very disturbed. The other issue was as it is an old building with wooden floors the sound carries so we could have overhear conversations, what other people were watching on the TV and when they were in the bathroom.

Large rooms and in an excellent location! A bit far from the train station, but they offer a shuttle service, which is pricey but worth it if you have lots of luggage! The streets are not smooth, so if you have anything more than a backpack I would recommend the shuttle!

The staff was friendly but the room was full of mosquitos. Additionally, we had asked the hotel to call taxi service for us on two occasions and the same driver showed up and ended up scamming us in both instances (his license plate number is EX 207HS and his taxi number is 482) - we can’t help but assume there was some sort of agreement between the hotel and that specific driver. Regardless, would not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a bed and breakfast. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Clean, safe area and great location. Beds were comfortable and room had everything.

The only downfall of this property aside from the beds and pillows being very firm was that there is a bar/nightclub across the street which had people outside talking loudly until about 4 am. They give you earplugs…they came in handy.
