We stayed in this wonderful loft for 7 nights. It was clean, well appointed, meticulously renovated with great thought and taste to create a stylish, bright, spacious retreat only steps from the main tourists sites. It was a the perfect base to explore Florence on foot, on both sides of the river. Elisabetta accommodated an early check-in and gave us some valuable insider tips for visiting the city. There are many restaurants and stores in close proximity, with a decent grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. It was sometimes noisy at night, but we would not hesitate stay again!

Elisabetta was a charming host and very communicative. The property's location is fantastic. It was very clean and well equipped. She obviously cares about the property and there were many nice touches inside. Everything is newly remodeled and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Elisabetta, is a terrific host. She met us in front of the building, gave us excellent recommendations of restaurants, food market and all attractions.The apartment was perfect, very clean and equip with all you need. Apartment, very comfortable and cozy. The apartment is located in a perfect place, close to everything in the area. Definitely, we would stay again in this loft. It’s on the third floor but not a big deal. Thank you Elisabetta for hosting us. Your loft felt like home.

We stayed for 5 nights and greatly enjoyed our time due to the prime location. Elisabetta is a very hospitable and helpful host, providing many local recommendations and the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Location is amazing, walkable distance to many sights and many food options nearby. Things to keep in mind (but not negatives about our stay): 25 min walk from train station which is more difficult with luggage; suite is on the top floor of 3-storey building without an elevator; street can get noisy quite late into the night. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we would stay again! Highly recommend.

Fabulous loft in a great location. Very clean and has everything you need for a self contained stay. The host Elisabetta was very welcoming and provided lots of great information about the area. Elisabetta was also very accommodating when our train was 5 hours behind schedule. There are a few stairs to climb but don’t let that put you off. You only have to bring your luggage up once! A very worthwhile property to stay at.

Lovely stay and perfect location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta’s Vrbo. She greeted us when we checked in and even spent time explaining the major sites to see in Florence. The location was perfect with bus stops, great restaurants, and attractions all close by. The only difficulty was the 3 floor walk up location of the apartment, but by the third day, it got a lot easier. Also - be ware of mosquitoes. They kept popping up inside the apartment some how, but the apartment had a bug zapper that we made good use of.

Awesome location!

We stayed 4 days and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. There were also good restaurants nearby. Elisabetta gave us good recommendations for things to see and where to eat. The only things that were not a positive was the 3 flights of stairs we had to climb every time we came back. Not sure if the stairs.were mentioned in the description or not. We would have liked to have had a safe in the room. Would stay here again…
