The apartment consists of:                                                         
  - two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one double, with the option of single beds)                                                  
  - a living area with an equipped kitchenette and dining table
- spacious bathroom and a bright livable balcony overlooking the Church of Santa Croce.                                                                           
  Washing machine and wifi connection available to guests.                                                                                          
Air conditioning present in all rooms.                                      
  - A set of towels and sheets available to each guest.                                                                    
  The apartment is on the second floor of a typical Florentine edifice, which does not have an elevator, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility; there are about 20 steps to walk up.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
