The staff was friendly and very helpful from the front desk agents, breakfast attendants and the bar staff. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The bar in the evening offered snacks and great drinks. We highly recommend the property. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at C Joy Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After a long international flight, we were so grateful that they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in—it made all the difference and allowed us to rest and recharge. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We also loved the location—convenient and close to everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Excellent hotel!

This is a really excellent hotel, ideal location for the rail station and a short walk to the major tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful team. Very good value and would definitely look to stay again

Centrally located, spotlessly clean and helpful staff, it’s a great place to stay to explore Florence plus easy to get the bus or train for adventures further afield. Despite the “soundproofed” rooms claim, they’re not and the noise from the road is also high at times. The bar was shut a number of evenings and don’t bother with a balcony unless you just want to smoke outside.

The hotel has excellent location. Staff is very friendly, and passionate. Breakfast is good. However, the room condition is not up to standard esp the bathroom, and it’s smelly. Most importantly, the door lock requires special attention to lock properly, otherwise it cannot be locked. Our room door was locked when we went out, however, it was not locked properly by the hotel staff after clean-up. This will cause safety issue that made us feel unsecure.

Location was great. Walking distance to train station. Room was a nice size but no tub. Shower was tiny. Shower was dirty and moldy. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel in Florence. Rooms were large for the city, staff were very friendly. Hotel is directly across from the central station. Would recommend, as it is very easy to get to and from central station.
