Cosy and bright flat in a very central location. Strategic location, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Located on the fifth floor without lift of a typical Florentine building, there are approximately 105 steps to climb. The flat consists of two bedrooms (two double rooms with possibility of division into single beds), a living area with an equipped kitchenette and dining table and a bright bathroom.                                                                  
Washing machine and wifi connection at guests' disposal.                                                                                        
Air conditioning in the bedrooms. A set of towels and bed linen available for each guest.                                                                    
The apartment is located in a lively and dynamic neighbourhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops.
The city's main attractions can be easily reached on foot.
The flat is located in a restricted traffic zone. You can park in a paid garage nearby

Service limitation : The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance ) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition , for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.  


Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons .  


For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required     


As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
