Enjoy a relaxing stay in our lovely apartment, ideal for couples and families. Nicola's House is located in an area complete with all amenities, well connected to the city center and the airport. In the 50sqm you will have a double bedroom, a large living room-kitchen with sofa bed and kitchenette complete with all amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine. In addition, the apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer.
Nicola's House is located in the Novoli neighborhood, just outside the center. Near the apartment you can find Esselunga and Coop, a shopping center with multiplex cinema and Virgin Active gym. Nicola's House is located within walking distance of the "Novoli-Regione Toscana" tramway stop, line T2. There is also a city bus stop in front of the front door. For those moving by car, it is possible to reach the Firenze Nord highway exit in a few minutes.
