Nice hotel room, better than expected. Our air conditioning leaked and we had someone come to resolve the problem immediately despite it being nearly midnight. We were offered free breakfast despite not paying for this.

The staff was amazing and made the stay. A member of the Desk staff drove us to the airport at 7:30 in the morning and his personal car way above and beyond. this hotel was very, very clean.

The hotel location being close to Florence airport, which is specially convenient if you have early fly, but it is a bit far from Florence city center, a longer journey to explore Florence; on the plus side a complimentary hotel breakfast is a valuable amenity that allows guests to start their day with a meal without extra cost.

Wonderful stay at this very convenient hotel. It is very close to the Florence airport. Walking there is a little tricky because you have to cross several very busy roadways. I managed it, but only with some anxiety. Even though it's very close to the airport, you may want to take a taxi. But for me, I just couldn't pass up a 14 minute walk after a nine hour flight. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom quite modern. The free breakfast was really nice and set me up for a great day. I had a lovely morning run at the park that is very close by. There are some wonderful trails along the Arno river. I would definitely stay again, especially if wanting to be close to the airport and not the centro storico. But one could stay here and take a bus in and out of the historic center.

Breakfast was great, friendly staff. Not much in the area in terms of food to get. No lobby bar or vending machine type things. We arrived later so would have been ideal to pre grab some dinner. Easy to get to airport

I had a 6:00am flight out of Florence so I needed a room near the airport. This was fine, but they don’t have 24 hour desk service. My fault, I didn’t check, but I didn’t like waiting for my Uber alone at 4:30am.

It would have been great if they warned us that there was a full blown Football (soccer) match literally 5 feet outside my 1st floor window. I had to get up at 3 am to catch a flight and the game was going on until after 10 pm. It was like I was front row. also it is a discount travel hotel, so it's going to be basic , but the bed was 2 horrible foam mattresses pushed together. So I got almost zero sleep, and then, had to do a 20 hour juggernaut flight back to Florida. So I was up for about 35-40 hours because of the football game and horrible bed. But the staff was very cool and nice, and the room was clean, but the toilet was the tallest in hight I've ever seen. very difficult to use and the seat was falling off. The neighborhood was sketchy to say the least, and I didn't want to walk around at night, and nothing close food wise, so I had to order overpriced delivery. Don't' stay here if you have to get rest and leave very early.
