Everything was awful from the first step in to last out. Photos respresting nothing there. Room was smelly with no window. No phone, no contact. They have around 5 room on the 3rd floor in one section with a main door open all the time!!!! on the other section there was occupied apartments. It was unsafe atmosphere. The front desk person asked me to leave because my room wasn't ready, when i returned back he had my bags in different room in different hotel. After negotiating, i have him give me the room i have reserved even though he offered a different smelly room. What a nightmare, what a service, what a staff, what a poor unfresh breakfast. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT GO TO THE FLORENCE OLD BRIDGE HOTEL.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. The rooftop bar was lovely and the drink prices were good. Breakfast was amazing and the service at breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to everything but not loud at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was nice, bathroom shower could have been slightly cleaner (you can tell it’s older). But as it’s affiliated with the hotel scaletta across the street you have the option to access the breakfast buffet, and the “skybar”. We loved having our breakfast up on the top most balcony, very serene.

Dont stay at this place. While the room itself wasn't that bad, the entry door is a barred prison style door. The entry to the building is dark, dirty and downright scary; particularly at night. Hotels.com should be ashamed to be affiliated with this place

Location is ideal. I walked over 15 miles a day. I recommend you just wander around and get lost. Then you turn a corner and find yourself in front of a major monument or some hidden spot that connects you to your heritage.
