We really like the location and the staffs. Especially, Marrianna K is so helpful, She goes above and beyond her duties.She helped us so much from the time we checked in, reserving all the restaurants, the driver for the outing. She is so kind and patience. Leornado Palerma is also very helpful and friendly too. We will go back to this hotel again if we visit Florence. the breakfast is fantastic and its healthy.
