It consists of two large double rooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, utensils and dishes. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood, close to the main services, restaurants and typical stores; you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with no elevator. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area; it is recommended to park in a private garage nearby and walk to the apartment.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
