The building is very (VERY) old which adds so much charm and immediately immerses you in the magic of Florence - it is 2 minutes away from the Ponte Vecchio and so many other attractions and great restaurants. The staff are so pleasant and very happy and accommodating - We would 100% stay at this hotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Belvedere & Tre Re. The staff were incredible — friendly, helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. The location is perfect, just steps from the marina and everything you need, but still peaceful. Our room was large, spotless, and had all the essentials, plus some thoughtful touches. The highlight was our balcony with stunning views over the water — absolutely breathtaking. For a 3-star hotel, this exceeded our expectations in every way. Excellent value, and we’d definitely stay again.

Such a wonderful stay! The staff were fantastic, room was huge and lovely (the rating is far higher than a two star) - quiet as requested for my daughter and I. Location - brilliant. Honestly a truly faultless stay, would highly recommend!

All staff members were very kind and responsive to the clients' needs. The location of the hotel is excellent and the room we were given was clean, quiet and air-conditioned. Very comfortable bed. If you have heavy suitcases ask the staff to leave them in a storage space downstairs. Before reaching the internal elevator leading to the front desk there are at least twenty steps. Excellent experience.

Great location + staff

Fantastic location! We were always max 15 min away from anywhere we needed to be. The room is very simple but has all the necessities. The shower has great water pressure and always had hot water. The staff is always helpful. You do have about 30 steps to the elevator so keep that in mind, and we did notice that the blanket in the closet had some stains on it, which is why I said 4 stars on cleanliness. They have water in the fridge for 1 euro which is super reasonable. A decent place to stay for a few days

An incredible hotel near everything. The staff was amazing, polite, friendly. Greatest service ever in an hotel. We don’t know the name of our host but rarely we have experience such an amazing welcome. We recommand +++ 10/10.

Perfect place to say in Florence

The lift starts one floor above ground level. Our room was one floor (steps not lift) below the office. If your party can handle steps then this is the perfect place to be in Florence. you are only minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, and many other places tourists want to visit. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. If you are driving have them arrange to park your car in the Garage Delle Terme. Nice restaurant across the street and a couple more at he end of the block
