I love the location which is very convenient to all the sight seeing places and is in the alley away from the noise of the busy street. The maid cleans the room very nice every day, all the front desk guys are very nice and very accommodating. We got the room with the decent size bathroom and the shower is very nice. We would definitely stay here again. We want to thanks everyone for taking care good care of us including the wonderful maid.

We had trouble finding the location. The photo above is not related to the property. The hotel is located in an alley and requires quite a few steps to just get to the reception area. Our room was then on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. The desk reception area was very helpful in helping us find good places to visit and where the good restaurants were located. He tried really hard to make up for the difficulty with the location.

The hotel is well located very close to Piazza de la Republica. The hotel is located within an alley way. I did not like that very much. The attention of the staff is very good. There is no breakfast but the room was very comfortable with very nice power showers. There is no lift . Overall is good.

The hotel has all the essentials you need for a great trip to Florence. The room had air conditioning, which was such a blessing in the heat. It is very close to most of the sites, meaning, if you get too hot, just pop back for a break in the air conditioned room. It is very close to the train station also. The staff were lovely. The room also had a lovely balcony.

Very nice quaint hotel for the price. Air conditioning here worked better than any other place we stayed in Italy. Close to everything anyone would want to walk to. Only caution would be that Expedia and Travelocity says it has free breakfast but it does not. Also, if you are mobility impaired it would be very difficult getting up and down the stairs. Otherwise it was great. The owner gave us the best recommendations to eat!
