Best included breakfast during November 2025 trip to Italy. Helpful staff. Nice main floor lounge. Room spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds.Tiny shower that needs soap tray. Good water pressure & hot water. Old but very pleasant. Excellent location in city center near train station.

Good breakfast variety for the buffet, good service overall at front desk. Location is very convenient and very close to the train station which made it super convenient for travel. the hotel is also so close to the central market which is amazing for dining option. Everything is walking distance even to the major tourist spots. Hotel room was on the smaller side but not a surprise. Bathroom was definitely small but not a big deal.

Great little place in the heart of the old city. Access to the room took a few short stair runs. Bed was very firm, harder than we are used to. Absolutely fantastic staff, very helpful and supportive.

The hotel is very close to Santa Maria Novella station - perfect for those having to use the train. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the area around the hotel is also safe at night. Food options and bars are never a worry - so much to choose rrom. I would stay at this hotel again!

I liked the location of this hotel. Only a five minute walk to the train station, and easy access to food, the market, and much more. Everything else was about 10-15 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was air conditioning and an elevator. Both worked well. The rooms were a little dirty on the walls, but overall, I liked staying here and would stay again!
