We had the most incredible experience here!!! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location that is safe and convenient- only about 10 minutes to the Duomo. Our hotel room was clean, spacious, and updated. The hotel amenities were amazing (free water, coffee, and snacks, luggage storage before check in, etc.). I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel! Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip!

The location is close to attractions yet still quiet at night. The room is clean, AC and shower are working well. Bed and blanket are comfortable. Complimentary refreshments are nice. Downside: no elevator in the building, filtered water is only available in the reception area. Not possible to open doors without your phone, or if run out of battery. Thanks for the checkout gift. Overall we had a nice stay.

It was such a cute place, all of the staff we encountered were so helpful and friedly. There is a little snack station and sitting area which was very nice. Rooms were comfortable even for 3 of us. Always felt safe walking around and was totally walkable for the things we wanted to do and see. Would definitely stay again, great value.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel. It’s a nice little place with friendly staff. Even though there isn’t a breakfast (but thats not really a problem because there are plenty Cafes and restaurants nearby) you still have the possibility to get coffee, tee and also very delicious cookies. We will definitely came back!

The hotel is well located but not in a trendy area. Our room was basic but very clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of steep stairs and too many floor level changes - like from bedroom to bathroom. The shower was very slippery so I wouldn’t get in it after being over served! Not ideal for seniors but we managed OK. The staff was lovely and helpful. If you want a good value, great AC and location give it a try.

We've just returned from our stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. The staff were faultlessly efficient and kind, resolving an issue with the air-con while I was out on my adventures. Its well located for the very walkable city of Florence. That said you should consider that the savings you make in booking do come at the normal things you would expect of a city centre hotel, for example some street noise and perhaps not the most considerate of fellow travellers late at night. The hotel are kind enough to supply earplugs to mitigate this. Overall though it didn't negatively impact my stay, as we were using the hotel as a base for discovering Florence and surrounding Tuscan towns only returning after a thoroughly tiring day (or to stop off for a shower due to the heat). The bottles of water for your room and tea, coffee and biscuits in the gathering spot behind reception were a lovely touch. The late check-in method was easy to follow. A clean and safe place to stay close to get started exploring straight away each morning. Thank you for having us.

Air conditioning was not working so we had to leave the windows open at night to cool off the room. The area was very noisy until late at night and then again early in the morning. Other than that the room itself was comfortable, clean, spacious enough. It was close to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff were wonderful! It was also close to laundry and the train station!

Wonderful hotel and front-desk staff

The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)
