Upon check in the clerk seemed to have an issue with our reservation. She asked me when and how we made the reservation and I waited for several minutes while she searched. I never got a good explanation as to why there was a problem. Walked into our room to find crumbs of some sort all over the desk. Hallway and room smelled a little musty. It was late and our son had early morning weigh in for SC State Wrestling Championships so we decided to suck it up and stay. The next morning awoke to the smell of marijuana in the hallway. Breakfast was just OK. Upon returning for the evening we found our door had been left open by housekeeping as well as later that our room key cards did not work. Went to front desk to inquire and was told we had to have them reset each day (strange because we had a two night reservation). All in all it was a below average experience and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Room was spotless, Staff upon checking in was great. Hotel seemed a bit old we probably needs remodeling at some point. We were there for a quick night on our way to Florida. It was perfect for what we needed.

Staff was excellent very help full , Room was poor who ever check rooms for repair are doing a bad job . Arriving we had tu switch rooms refrigerator wasn’t working. I have water inside. . Was giving a different room . Chair and table of Computer Desk what’s disgusting couldn’t even sit on the chair. Bathroom door had rust and peeling. The iron had like a glue on it messed up my wife’s shirt . Then we had to leave the next day they had no heat.

The front desk concierge treated me like he was a prison guard . It became frigidly cold overnight and there was only lukewarm hot water, so I couldn't take a shower. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. C minus on my grade scale.I would never go back.

No hot water. This is unacceptable. I realized that maintenance problems occur however, when it occurs in the whole hotel, I think it’s unreasonable for the hotel guest to get a cold shower without some sort of compensation.
