Never provided address or check-in information

Was forced to refund via my credit card company and book another stay because this host never provided the address or check-in instructions despite multiple attempts over multiple days to contact them and thoroughly searching my inbox and spam folders. They tried to reach out 24hrs AFTER I arrived... By contrast, the host from another site called me immediately after reservation and set me up on extremely short notice.
