The living area is completed by a modern kitchen, fully equipped, where there is a table for breakfast and from which there is access to the service balcony on the back side of the house. To be noted : The heating is centralised and , being inside a condominium , the switching on and off times are not autonomous but follow the Italian regulations ( both for the daily times and for the date of switching on and off).
