An absolutely gorgeous apartment in the center of the best neighborhood of Florence. The brand new design furniture and beautiful fixtures make this a wonderful, comfortable apartment to enjoy our fantastic city of Florence!

Located in the fabulous, unspoiled artisanal quarter, you can experience a true taste of Florentine life. Surrounded by great local restaurants, art studios, individual shops, vintage shops, fresh grocery stores and organic shops, daily and weekly markets.

The Holy Spirit Square is a couple of minutes stroll, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, with pavement cafes, lively bars, and inexpensive and excellent restaurants. Here is a thriving and ecstatic community of locals, artists, expats and a friendly and happy Vibe.
The other side of the river - the North side, is far more touristy and more expensive while this unspoiled authentic neighborhood is the 'real' Florence and a truly beautiful experience (we live this side too!). A wonderful retreat in the heart of the renaissance!

The apartment was very spacious and everything was updated. The outside patio was a nice addition if you wanted some fresh air. The location was wonderful with a view of a local church square. We were away from the large crowds of the downtown, but could easily walk to all parts of the city.

The appartement was really not clean! The contact persoon startend to clean as we checked in, because she was embarrassed!The little terras on the pictures… is a real dirty mess!WiFi is poor! The air conditioning- only in the bedrooms- doesn’t really cool off when it’s hot.There are no international channels on the tv.If they put more effort in the overall ambiance and the cleanliness, this could be a top property.The best was its location.We will NOT rent it again, unless some improvements are made. So sorry!

Lovely!

We had the best time here! The apartment was nice and cool during the hottest time of the year and provided all of the amenities we needed to relax after long days walking around the city. The terrace was so lovely for breakfast and relaxing. The location is wonderful for its proximity to local bakeries, shops, markets and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence! The location was perfect — within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away from the super busy areas. A Great Apartment in a Perfect Location

Booking and check-in were simple and fast. Any questions we asked received prompt responses.The apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up with a lot of sun light. The beds were comfortable and shower had pleanty of water pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked.The neighborhood was wonderful, it is a place where Italians live with a smattering or rental units. There are plenty of nearby excellent restaurants. The place across the street is very busy and requires a reservation. The seating was family style. The food was very traditional fair.For a great dining experience I would recommend Volte, it is just up the street on the left, less than 1/2 block. You also need reservations but we were able to get in after a short wait. The steak was perfect as was the pasta and veggies. It is a bit more expensive but worth the cost.The Domo, Uffizzi, and other sites are within walking distance without being overwhelmed by the tourist crowd.If I ever go back to Florence, I would without hesitation stay here again. Great location in a great city!

Valentina and her colleague Viviana were great. From the booking all the way to the check-out process, they were responsive and prompt. The apartment is big and fit my family of 4 comfortably. It's located in a great spot with amazing food within 5 minutes from the apartment.

Great neighborhood close to all

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Great neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Florence, but short steps away from great local restaurants , bars and two blocks from a grocery store. If you don’t mind walking to the sights and bites this is a great option for a couple or small family . Ample living room area to gather and all the amenities you need to survive a longer stay in Florence . Host is great and all was as advertised . We will he happy to return when in Florence again.

Two Weeks in Florence

The apartment was perfect for my two-week stay in Florence studying Italian. It is charming (it looks just like the pictures). The location is wonderful. You feel like you are living in a Florentine neighborhood, with lots of little restaurants just steps away. The check-in was easy and friendly. Perfect place for our family

We had a wonderful stay. The location is out of the hustle and bustle but an easy walk with two children. It was quiet but less than 3 minutes to some of the best Italian food and fun. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great neighborhood! There were so many amazing places all within walking distance, shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes. Would definitely stay in the same area again. The flat was perfect for me and my sister. It had everything we needed. The house manager was very responsive and even helped us book taxis to the airport.
