We'd go there again

Very friendly and helpful staff. They all speak and understand English. Like most hotels in Italy, the building is old but all amenities available. The wifi is good. Large persons, may find the shower too small. It was not an issue for us as we are of average build.

Quick trip to Florence

Hotel was perfect for our needs. We had four students staying in a quad with a double and two twins. It was near the train station which was very convenient. Staff was nice and room was great. It even included breakfast!

Hotel bien situé. Chambre petite mais propre, avec une décoration un peu hors du temps. Le parking n’est pas inclu dans le prix de la chambre contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur expedia et vaut 18€ par jour. Très mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée lorsque l’on me l’a annoncé, d’autant plus qu’il etait complet. Obligé de se garer hors de l’hotel dans la ZTL au risque de se prendre des PV. Heureusement je suis tombée sur une personne très agréable à la reception, qui s’est démené pour trouver une solution et qui finalement m’a trouvé une place dans le parking de l’hotel (en payant).

Gutes Hotel

Das Hotel überzeugte durch ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer waren nichts besonderes, da man aber in Florenz seine Zeit nicht im Zimmer verbringt stört dies überhaupt nicht. Es war immer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä sijainnilla, lähellä SMN-asemaa. Rauhallinen alue, mutta lyhyt matka historialliseen keskustaan. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista!
