Excellent service by staff and local recommendations. They were very quick to help us and very welcoming. Our suite was comfortable, well stocked and had every amenity we needed. Absolutely amazing! This is the perfect place to stay! Plenty of dining places including right next door, very close to all the sites in Florence and incredible view to the Duomo! Michele was wonderful, check in/out was very simple and quick. Room was clean, spacious, water pressure great, a/c was good, the room was quiet, 10/10!!

Huge space with perfect location!

This was the most incredible place. A full kitchen space and separate bedroom and bathroom! It was a dream and it was extremely close to the Duomo and incredible food spots including a little grocery store next door which we got some snacks from! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would recommend 11/10!!!

Perfect place just 5 minute walk to the Duomo and the fancy stores. The street is full of restaurants and cafes. Our unit was huge. Kitchen, living area, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. We rented two rooms and they were slightly different in layout but same amenities.

A lovely well located residence. Plenty of space in the apartment and lovely to relax in after a day of sight-seeing. The front of house staff were great, especially with our daughter. With it being Halloween week the property was aptly decorated in communal areas and come Halloween itself there were plenty of treats. On arrival we received a WhatsApp with lots of used information.

If you want to feel like your home while on vacation, then this is the place for you. We loved our stay at Residency Hilda. I wish we would have booked 3 nights instead of 2. The location was perfect and well appointed. It is in walking distance to all the local attractions. A grocery store is within a couple of blocks of the Hilda, as well as fabulous Mom and Pop restaurants. Marzanna is by far the perfect host, and her hospitality was very warming. The Hilda is lucky to have her. I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely choose this option again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Residence Hilda. It is in an excellent location - the Duomo is five minutes walk away and the Unita tram stop from the airport is about 15 minutes walk away. The apartment was super clean, good servicing (even did our washing up), good air con, strong shower, nice towels, convenience of your own lounge with TV and sofa and dining table, safe and secure. Handy WhatsApp communication is available and we pre-registered as arrived Sunday evening and on arrival we phoned and the downstairs door was opened remotely and same for the apartment so it all worked very well. there are many convenience stores around even Sunday evening to purchase essentials. Very much recommended.
