Residence Leopoldo is close to the tram station (500m) which is a short distance to Santa Maria Novella Station. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable for 2 people. We had a studio apartment with a bed and sofa bed, a small, well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was large with a washing machine and lots of hot water. There is a coffee machine but only 2 free coffee pods. We had to buy coffee from the reception (0.5euros/pod). You can also buy wine at reception for a reasonable price which was convenient. Marilena at reception was very helpful in providing us with information.

The property was described accurately and for the price was absolutely a great value. Everything was walkable, safe and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our flat was spacious, clean, everything worked and no complaints.

Overall we had a great stay at Leopoldo Residence. The only thing I noticed was that it smelled like smoke every time we walked into thr room. Aside from that everything was perfect. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Nice stay in Rome

beautiful place to stay. Staff is really friendly and the rooms were awesome. To get to the bus station, there is a little path that you have to borrow with homeless people living near by. This is the only disagreement that we had. The place was very safe and beautiful. The bus ride is about 15 minutes to get to city center, which is very useful.

OK Accommodation

A nice enough apartment but I am not sure about the city view as our room was ground floor in a little side street that overlooked the local mechanic. The building was noisey and not exactly soundproof as I listened to some other quests arguing for quite some time. The bed was comfortable and the apartment well equiped. The shower over the bath was pathetic! The oven was dirty and had someones else's left over bits on the tray which put us off using it. We spent very little time in the room so it served its purpose. Very close to a coffee shop, supermarket and buses.The lady who checked us in was delightful and very helpful.

A terrible stay

The shower was broken and asked staffs to fixed it and had allergy attack by old blankets but they didn't fix anything... Finally, I found I've got an overcharged (twice!) by this hotel so I'm gonna contact to Expedia and a few companies right now...I don't know how to explain my feeling but I can't say that this hotel isn't ok!!!

Nice place to stay but a bit noisy

The apartment was good value but we were dissapointed that there was so much noise from adjacent apartments. Also having a balcony was of little benefit as it was directly on the roadside (minimal pavement) overlooking a car repair workshop 10 metres away, in use 7 days a week. Cars/motorcycles were also worked on in the road within touching distance of the balcony. In addition there was a ballet school opposite and students spill out onto the street to talk and smoke during breaks. The balcony was also not an asset because it never received any sun and there were no comfortable seats.

Nice stay

Great hotel the only bad thing is parking is 10€ of you drive and the apartment hot water doesn't last long the shower has great pressure but it wasn't properly placed so you couldn't really use ir and enjoy it. The staff members are absolutely Amazing they were very helpful spoke perfect English ans very knowledgeable of the city.

Fairly good apartment in handy location to buses and out of the crowds. Helpful check-in desk and parking off street close by. Plenty of bars but few restaurants. Super Market 200m awsy

Plenty of space in the room, to put your stuff. Ours had a laundry machine (very convenient) once you find your way around, it's very closed to everywhere .
