Absolutely lovely B&B in a quiet neighbourhood, easily walkable along Arno to city core. Breakfast has many options for all dietary needs. Decor of historic building is pretty and tastefully done for a romantic atmosphere. Will stay here again! Also loved the garden!

Right from the start communication with Irene was exceptional. Irene answered questions quickly and was very friendly and accommodating. Although not advertised, Irene made every effort to cater to our dietary requirements for breakfast which was really appreciated. The online guide supplied when we booked was very informative and we loved being slightly outside of the busy centre of Florence and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the accommodation and area. It didn’t take long to walk to all the usual sights and being close to the river made for a lovely walk into the centre. Our room was so spacious and quiet. The air conditioning was really welcome too so we Could avoid the mosquitoes! The staff on hand every morning were so friendly and helpful and made everything a breeze. A fantastic stay and highly recommended. Thank you to the team at Residenza Cecchi! ❤️

In a nice clean and quiet area. Some good restaurants were 2-4 blocks away, so very walkable. On the days we had early tickets the staff packed us breakfast to go. Otherwise, yogurt, fruit, mussilii, bread with cheese and meats, hard boiled eggs, croissants and assorted pastries, juice, milk coffee!

Charming

We loved our stay. Irene and the other lady (sorry we didn’t get your name!) were both lovely and so kind. We stayed in a beautiful room and the whole stay was altogether charming. The breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. We also enjoyed the walk along the river into town. We would highly recommend this to anyone planning to visit Florence. Thank you for making our stay such an amazing experience!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as advertised. Fantastic support from them. Answered all questions I asked prior to our arrival. That was exact opposite of our expereience with accommodation in Pisa, but less said soon mended there. Bus 23 direct into Florence very near accommodation. Overall a great stay.

Recommended for a quiet place to stay

Lovely B and B in a quiet location just outside the centre. Lots of room and friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Short bus ride from the centre (or a 30 minute walk). Nice to get away from the crowds in the evening and very nice restaurants on the doorstep.

This is a wonderful BnB in Florence with very good public transport connectivity to the center of Florence. Excellent dining options within walking distance; even a laundromat and a grocery store within a 5 min walk. From the day we booked our stay here the host Irene kept us informed of the check in process, and ensured our stay was comfortable. On the days we left early for our local day trips she made us breakfast to carry so that we didnt start our day on an empty stomach. Overall very much satisfied with this BnB.

The property was in a very nice location with easy walking to cafes and can walk to historic Florence. Rosey, the staff on hand, was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay there again.
