Beware! False Advertisement.
The pictures of the apartment do not reflect reality. I've stayed in many European accommodations and this one is by far the worst.
Be aware that the apartments 1-3 (I - III) are advertised as having a full or queen sized bed, in actuality it is a sleeper sofa that is dirty, old, thin, and unbearably uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well our entire stay which really put a damper on our vacation. I considered booking another accomodation because we woke up exhausted every morning with aching muscles due to the protruding bars of the couch. We contacted the host the morning after our first night's stay to request an additional duvet to pad the bed (note: we only requested another comforter/duvet.. not a new room or refund because of the false advertisement but simply an additional comforter/duvet for extra padding.) The help contact ignored my request so that afternoon reached out to the help number. They advised the owner of the property said it was not possible to get an additional comforter/duvet because it was "not on the listed amenities."
Speaking of amenities, the property is listed as and shows pictures of the washer and dryer in unit. Please know this is not the case. If you book the 2-3 bedroom options, they will have the machines in unit. However all other guests must share a community washer and dryer (one machine) that is located in a dirty closet downstairs. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages and trash and detergent was
