This is a very slick guest house in the centre of Florence. We loved everything about the place, from the charm of the period lift well, the high ceilings, the perfect state of everything, the 2 minute walkability into the centre of historic Firenze, and the very kind and helpful staff.

Great hotel in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable with nice bathrooms, closet and amenities. There is a common room that is very comfortable and a kitchen area with coffee, other drinks and pastries. The staff is fantastic. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Wonderful room and host. Bedding was perfect, bathroom and amenities were lovely. Shared kitchen space with refreshments was so nice to wake up to and have at the end of the day. Bit noisy outside for light sleepers but the city view from our room was amazing.

This hotel was amazing! Staff was so friendly. They offered us cappuccinos and croissants every morning and brought them to our room. We had a great view of the Duomo from our room. Everything was very clean and they serviced the rooms frequently. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very friendly staff/owner who put themself out yo do anything. Nice option to have a small sitting room and kitchen to make drinks, including croissants and wine in the fridge. Room was very well furnished. Only six rooms up on the fourth floor of old building. Do not be put off by the initial approach and small lift!

Best kept secret. View of the Duomo, common rooms access to kitchen & sitting room/living room , great hotel recommendation for local Florentine restaurant (Ristorante Caffagi /get the steak!) and parking garage available for our car. Luanna was so hospitable.
