Flat in the centre of Florence, a few steps from Piazza Signoria. It is located on the second floor without lift. All the city's main attractions are within walking distance. The vicinity is full of services, restaurants, typical shops and museums. 
The flat consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with living room. 
Washing machine and wifi, as well as bed linen and a set of towels are available for each guest.
The house has air conditioning.
The flat is located along the Arno River allowing a wonderful view. The house is equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful holiday.
Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
