Lovely, large, clean room. The hotel had lovely views of the Duomo and the Baptistry and was an extremely convenient base for walking to everywhere we wanted to visit.

The lower stars for specifics are due to an incredibly uncomfortable conversation with their Concierge when I was asking for assistance with a private transfer from Florence to Sorrento and he literally laughed at me and then started talking negatively about his ex-wife and women in general. The hotel itself is in a picture perfect location, gorgeous view from the room, very nice and clean, and recently renovated bathroom. Just do your best to not have to speak with the concierge longer than the check in process. (All other staff was very kind)
