This is by far one of the best international stays I have had. I cannot state how AMAZING the staff was. Rooms were clean and spacious as well as a great location for walking and to the train station. I am already looking at going back just to visit the staff !!!

Il servizio direi ottimo, riguardo alla camera 3 cose consiglierei: 1) rivedere la canalizzazione dell'aria perchè in camera c'era un pessimo odore di aglio bruciato di cucina, evidentemente canalizzato tramite la conduttura aria, infatti anche a riscaldamento spento dalle bocchetta dell aria entrava odore... 2) mettere un interruttore per la ventola di aspirazione in bagno in quanto non si puo spegnere e fa rumore 3) far pulire meglio la doccia. riscaldamento xomoletamente

Clean, safe and good location. 0.3 miles from train station which was important to us for this trip. Safe was friendly and held our luggage and delivered to our room because we arrived early. It is a bit noisy at the moment due to construction.

This hotel is in a good location, but it is difficult to pull luggage back and forth to the train station because the road is made of uneven rocks of different sizes, and the wheels of your luggage easily get stuck between them. My room is #109, and it is quite unusual. Although it is on the first floor, you have to go outside to the emergency stairs before entering the room. The room appears to be designed for a person with disabilities (which we did not request), so both the room and bathroom layouts are strange. The renovation also seems limited compared to my friend’s normal room, yet we all paid the same price.

Staff was very welcoming and graciously held our luggage and then transferred it to our room, as we arrived before check-in time. Room was immaculate and quiet even though we were next to the elevator. The only thing i would change was the room temp - it was fridgid, i think due to the registerlocation in the bedroom, even though we turned the temp up as much as allowed.
