Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The most dissapointing part of my stay was the communication. When we arrived there was a problem with the bill which took more than an hour. Then the locks didn't work properly and anytime there was an issue it was always answered saying this has never happened before... There were many more things not enough room to explain.
