Fabulous stay in a gorgeous hote

Had a glorious stay at The Hoxton Florence. Absolutely superb hotel, amazing staff, beautiful architecture and interiors. The bar and restaurant were both fabulous. And very well connected. 2 minute walk from the tram to the airport, and a short walk to the centre of town. Cannot recommend enough!

This is one best hotels, if not the best hotel I have ever been. The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful and go above and beyond to make you stay memorable. They helped with issues not relating to the hotel stay. Which shows how dedicated they are to making your stay amazing. When I come back to Florence I will 100% be staying here again. The hotel is a bit pricey but completely worth it. The hotel is 20-30min walk from everything around Florence. The rooms are amazing and extremely clean. You also do not have to worry about anything. My wife left her jewelry in the room by mistake, out in the open and not a single thing was touched. You can’t say that for every hotel. This place is amazing and I would recommend if you ever stay in Florence this is the place to be. This hotel should be rated way higher than what it is. In my opinion this is a 5 or 6 star hotel! Thank you to all the staff members that made my stay incredible and memorable!!

Property is gorgeous. Parts are unfortunately already looking worn/lack of attention to detail cleaning wise in the room. Bathroom shower was very odd but perhaps that was because I had an accessible room. Staff at reception are lovely but did not have a good experience at breakfast. For 25€ I knew it would be overpriced but one piece of toast, two eggs and a coffee forgotten about for an hour after I reminded two different servers (the first was exceptionally rude about it), was crazy. They still charged be full price and asked for a tip. Will stay again later in my trip but not again after that. Location is pretty out of the way, nice for the quietness but rough for walking to attractions in the heat.
