Large and clean apartment, not too far from the main city attractions. We arrived by car and parked in front to the property ( maybe luckily) during our staying. The communication before the check in worked properly and the check out was simple. There are some restaurants near the apartment, but if you like to walk, there are lots of options near downtown. We are a family of four and we had a great time there.

The apartment is modern, new, and located in a safe, gated community with secure automatic locks. Although it’s on the first floor, there are only a few steps to access it, and there’s also an elevator in the building. The living room is very spacious, and the couch conveniently converts into a double bed. The king-size bed and linnen are extremely comfortable, and the built-in thermostat allows you to easily control the indoor temperature. The shower has great water pressure and stays hot. The only minor drawbacks were the absence of a clothes dryer—though that's quite common in Italy, and a large drying rack is provided for hang-drying laundry—as well as some mosquitoes in the area and the lack of a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The location is also a highlight—it's just an 18-minute walk to Brunelleschi’s Dome, making it easy to explore Florence’s historic center on foot. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. I would stay again and recommend you stay here fore sure!

Beautiful apartment. Totally new and and modern and super clean. Comfortable bathroom and bed. Do have to wait for someone to let you in, only downside. But he was super nice.
