Verdi 11 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Spacious and cozy apartment at second floor without elevator, very bright with high ceilings, and architectural details as facing bricks that give a typical rustic Tuscany style. The entrance is in the large living room (with no air conditioning) with a table and sofa and tv. The kicthen is in a separate room, fully equipped and with a table and chairs, there's a little closed balcony that is like a laundry room with washing machine and high windows. There are 2 double rooms (both of them with air conditioning) one has a 4 season wardrobe, one wide bathroom with a big shower. The apartment is located in the folkloristic neighrbourhood of Arco di San Pierino, an aerea full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias, 3 minutes walking far from Piazza Santa Croce, it is well located in a silent street.  

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
